Presidency Programme of Events

The Presidency Programme of Events covers the main negotiations that will take place between world leaders at COP26.

The Presidency Programme of Events considers a different theme each day. On Wednesday the theme was Finance, Thursday considered Energy and Friday 5th November will focus on Youth and Public Empowerment. There are also a couple of events from Saturday's theme: Nature and Land Use.

Green Zone Programme of Events

The Green Zone Programme of Events sees youth groups, civil society, academia, artists and businesses host events, exhibitions, cultural performances, workshops and talks throughout COP26.

Friday sees a slightly smaller schedule of events in the Green Zone compared to previous days. In total, there are 15 events planned with 13 of these being livestreamed.

Indigenous Peoples Pavilion at COP26

Indigenous voices are key in the fight against climate change. For too long they have not been heard. It's great to see a pavilion dedicated to Indigenous voices at COP26.
