Subbu is an industry expert in Sustainable Finance and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) investing, and ESG Regulations. He has over 18 years of experience within financial services, specifically investment banking, asset and wealth management, pension funds and hedge funds. He has an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), India.

Subbu is currently the CEO of Pico Analytics, a FinTech company focusing on ESG Analytics and Sustainable Finance, and Asset Management Technology.

Subbu is passionate about sustainability and using public policy and market-based solutions to address the climate crisis and promote sustainable development. He helps organizations focus their ESG initiatives through membership of various European and international forums like the UK-Malta Business Network, the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), and the Jersey Funds Association (JFA).

In 2021, Subbu was part of the CHEC delegate team that attended COP26 in Glasgow.
