Rhonda Cox

Rhonda has an extensive background with qualifications in Sociology and International Relations having obtained a BA from the University of London in 2010 and an MA from Regent’s University London in 2014 respectively. In her MA Rhonda completed her dissertation with a comparative analysis of the extractive industry, comparing how it works for some countries and not others, using Trinidad and Tobago and Equatorial Guinea as case studies.
Previously, Rhonda was a teacher at the Ministry of Education in Trinidad and Tobago. More recently she has been a volunteer for CHEC before serving as CHEC’s Membership Secretary. Her current role is Consular Assistant for the High Commission of Trinidad and Tobago. Rhonda’s interests remain in environmental issues with a focus on international development.
