Norbert describes himself as an independent nonprofit organization management professional who works to link Kenya local groups to international organisations, particularly the UN bodies based in Nairobi.  He often represents CHEC at the NGO assemblies of UN Habitat and UNDP and serves on the CHEC Governing Board as the Kenya Country Representative. He is also active in the Anglican Church of Kenya, being a lay secretary of St David’s Netima Parish Kenya and supporting that church’s community outreach.

 Norbert participated in the People’s Forum at the Uganda CHOGM in 2007 and has joined many of CHEC’s events at UNHabitat meetings in Nairobi. He brings a valuable African NGO perspective to CHEC.
