COP26 Daily Preview: Monday 8th November

After Sunday's reduced COP26 schedule where many of the Pavilions took a rest day, Monday sees the return to a full day of action. There's lots to attend and learn on Monday 8th November!

The Presidency Programme of Events covers the main negotiations that will take place between world leaders at COP26.

Indigenous voices are key in the fight against climate change. For too long they have not been heard. It's great to see a pavilion dedicated to Indigenous voices at COP26.

Event Description: The Australian Water Partnership is hosting a 90-minute storytelling virtual event to highlight voices and stories from the Asia-Pacific region at the 26th Conference of the Parties (COP26) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. As a socioecological approach is needed to understand climate risk in our region, and design effective solutions, we will learn through case studies about locally-led adaptation in water.
