Esther Pang

CHEC Representative to the United Nations in New York

Esther Pang is the Executive Director at March On Foundation, which focuses on making organizing easier. She is also the Director of Future Incubator, a nonprofit startup incubator program with Future Coalition that gives youth-led and grassroots groups the professional tools, skills, and relationships needed to run successful, lean organizations and lead powerful social movements.

She currently serves as the Finance Chair at B Local NYC Board, supporting the city's Certified B Corporations - businesses that balance purpose and profit. She was previously the Board Chair at Right To Be (formerly Hollaback!), a global, people-powered movement to end harassment in all its forms.  

She has a keen interest in social entrepreneurship, and specializes in developing impact and sustainability strategies for small businesses and organizations. Esther was a fellow of 2018 Global People’s Summit and 2017 Unleash, both global communities of leaders working on Sustainable Development Goals. She received her B.S. in Communications from New York University, and M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
