More COP28 Upates!

Our CHEC Delegates have been busy speaking at and attending events around the Blue and Green Zones this week! Here are a few highlights from the last several days from CHEC Governing Board Member and COP28 Delegate Isaac Aboah:

Earth Day International

Saturday the 8th proved to be a particularly busy day for our #COP28 delegates, Youth Advisor Abhiir Bhalla and Chair Mark Robinson, who attended and spoke at a panel hosted by #EarthDayInternational.

Commonwealth Pavillion

Once again keeping busy at #COP28 our board member Isaac Kojo Yedonu Aboah took part in question time at the #Commonwealth Pavilion.

Women’s Pavillion

Governing Board Member Isaac Kojo Yedonu Aboah spoke on 'How cities and businesses are doing it'.

Dominican Republic Pavillion

Another stop on the trail for our always busy Governing Board Member Fogamomi Nicc Moeono as he shared his insights on #CarbonAudits from #Samoa at the Dominican Republic Pavillion.

AOSIS Mitigation Team

Governing Board Member Fogamomi Nicc Moeono who was inside negotiations for the #AOSIS mitigation team with #Tuvalu minister Seve Paeniu heading up the discussions.

Newsweek Event

Youth Advisor Abhiir Bhalla enjoys a slightly less hectic 24 hours we would like to applaud him for his excellent input during yesterday's #Newsweek "Pillars of the #GreenTransition" event. His drawing connections between health and #climatechange could not have been more apt as this COP sees the first #HealthDay.
